Birthday Lottery – Legal Notice & Data Protection

Participation in this lottery is completely free. To enter, we request your name and email address, which will be used only to manage your participation and notify the winner.

By submitting your data, you expressly consent to its processing in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). Your data will be deleted immediately after the end of the lottery and will not be shared with third parties.

Entry in the lottery does not require any purchase or payment. The winner will be selected randomly and fairly and notified by email within 24 hours after the end of the lottery.
